Hi Martin,
why isn't your book in the AU library? Would love to read it but I'm a bit skint at present.
don't know the answer to that one, maps - perhaps you could ask the library? there is a nz distributor, Addenda, in Newmarket, they might know if/when it is going into libraries.
I have finished the book - and just loved it. Thanks Martin (I've written a little about it in my latest post.)
